Napa District Attorney Gary Lieberstein and some Napa Police Officers have been harassing my family and I for several years!

GARCIA BY HARASSING HIM AND FILING FALSE POLICE REPORTS! My Father RUDOLPH O. GARCIA is 75 years old.  

The Garcia family believes this continuing HARASSMENT and HATRED is due to the late Lenore Stearns case. 

My Fathers Attorney was David Linden. My Fathers name is Rudy Garcia AKA Rudolph O. Garcia.

I believe the real reasons for some Napa Police Officers file false Police reports on my family is because what had happened in the past, regarding the Lenore Stearns Estate! And the allegations of some local law officers! I believe they are blaming my father Rudolph Garcia for their misfortune and their careers!

Former Attorney Lynn Yound had told my father Rudolph Garcia that him and John Baumgartner had step on some toes and cost the Napa County a lot of money!

They have so much hate for my family!

I believe some Napa Police Officers are Racist! I also believe that the current Napa District Attorney is Racist too! They have all been trying to convict my family on false charges!

STAFF LEFT OUT THE WORD MUTUAL ON THE ORDER 

AFTER HEARING ON RESTRAINING ORDER 67795.

THIS IS WHEN THE CONSPIRACY TAKES PLACES!

LEROY ELDRIDGE, TARA JOWITT AND FRANK 

MARSHALL HAD HEARD THE JUDGE SAY THIS ORDER

 SHALL BE MADE MUTUAL!

LEROY ELDRIDGE HAD SAID UNDER OATH THIS IS
